10 worst things about the America (please argue) 50-40

In my opinion the 10 worst things about the America are, in order, as follows:
(note: this is all my opinion, I am still very happy to live in this country and I welcome discussion about these items, please persuade why these things shouldn't be on the list)

10. Twitter--it ruins communication
9.  Twilight--it took everything good about vampire novels, and then raped it
8.  Lady Gaga--she epitomizes every single facet of humanity that shouldn't exist
7.  Religous ignorance--learn why someone hates you so you may attempt to bridge that difference
6.  Al Gore--cool, I support helping our enviornment, but when you want to educate me, leave your fucking life story out of my information
5.  Teenage pregnancy--for men and women, the increase in this blight is shameful, learn to use condoms, birth control, spermicide, all these methods, while not guranteed protection, can fucking help
4.  The porn industry--it has desensitized us towards the beauty that is making love
3.  Stupid people who don't attempt, I mean literally no attempt, to even minorly better themselves
2.  Our pitiful rate of criminal conviction--just that's not good
1.  Our public education system--it focuses on the top ten percent and pushes them to their limit, but everyone else is basically left to fend for themselves, which is disgraceful

  1. some would argue that the top is virtually ignored. that people assume they can fend for themselves, and that too much attention is spent helping those at below basic levels to achieve basic. I'd almost call it Communism. Shouldn't we in our perfect capitalist society help those at the top? They shouldn't be limited. theyre going to be the job creators arent they? the next scientists? or do we finally have to accept that maybe America is more socialist than we know. Help all kids to proficiency. proficiency rhymes with equality, and that just smells Red to me. I think our nation needs to realize how much we care about people. Maybe apply some school equality to the real world. Our school system isn't good, but its doing a hell of a lot better than our economy right now. Its also government funded. Just saying.
